The New Initiative for Minor Rights: www.observatoriominori.org
An organization that aims at protecting minor’s rights in media and from media.
Issuing some sort of a censorship during the protected time slot between 4 and 7pm, and new codes for the respect of minors. (i.e. children/actors)

Having an alternative attitude toward the television: it is not a nanny. Programs watched should be monitored and timed. Time spent on television should be restricted as well: in a time where everything is mediated, even sports is played on the screen nowadays, children should involve themselves in more outdoor activities.

Family schedules should be made, and parents should create their own library of films. Prevention and protection is suggested by a specific monitoring system like labels, orientation and of course, time slot monitoring.

Presentations of death for children:
It should be as minimal and as abstract as possible. The discrepancy between what is happening on the television and the real life is big, and we are responsible of reducing it. [ what about sustaining the child’s references and his ability to recognize the difference between what is real = real life, and what is not unreal=television.]
